Please do NOT submit tickets to the Help Desk, inquire on Discord, Facebook, social media, email, or other avenues asking when the payout will be approved or out of review. The Help Desk or anyone on social media is unable to assist you. The Payout Team works through requests and are unable to stop and give updates on each case while reviewing, as this will delay the process. The status of your request will be updated by the morning of the 15th or morning of the 30th, depending on which payout cycle the request was submitted. Please do not submit inquiries until after the 14th or the 29th of the month, meaning NOT UNTIL the morning of the 15th or 30th. If you have not seen it approved by those dates, you can then submit a Help Desk ticket. All payout requests should be in a state of approved or denied by the morning of the 15th or 30th, as these are the dates payments are sent out. If any requests are still in an "under review" status, this means we have requested information or verification from you and are waiting on your response. Special case reviews may take longer depending on how quickly you have
